Faye Edwards, age 75, of Tulip passed away July 19, 2012 at HSC Medical Center. She was born June 16, 1937 in Marshall County, Mississippi, the daughter of Marvin and Lois Samples Rankin. Faye was a member of Tulip Baptist Church. She loved and cherished her family and church family. Faye loved working with flowers and welcomed all stray animals. Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother and one great-grandchild.

Left to cherish her memory are daughters, Jaye Summerhill and husband Larry of Helena, Pat Ramsay and husband Bo of Tulip, and Dardy Ward of West Helena; grandchildren, John Summerhill, Katie Anne Summerhill and husband Mark Patrick, Carrie McBride, and Raechel Ward; ten great-grandchildren and numerous nephews and nieces and a host of friends.

Graveside services will be Sunday, July 22nd at 2:00pm at Tulip Cemetery with Brother Phil Matthews officiating. Arrangements are by Regency Funeral Home. You may sign the guestbook at regencyfuneralhome.com.
